What flaw in private job drives people to seek job in government?
In my opinion, if you want to make your identity by developing progressively due to your own ability, then a private job is better. In this case, your qualifications are appreciated, and you get a salary, allowances, and facilities accordingly. On the contrary, your special qualification does not matter in a government job.
